Concierge charge is non-refundable if not canceled 24 hours in advance, if not canceled Cancellation Policy: Clinic Reservations: In clinic reservations need to be canceled 3 hours prior to treatment time you will be charged the full amount of treatment. After treatments have been rendered all treatments are non-refundable and all sales are final. Medical Concierge: Concierge charge is non-refundable if not canceled 24 hours in advance, if not canceled 24 hours prior you will be charged the full amount of treatment. The Medical team will arrive at the time of your appointment, if they need access up the elevator to the rooms, they will contact the guest upon arrival to gain access from elevator security or to meet at the elevator in the Lobby. Please keep your phone available at the time of the reservation, the medical team will only be able to wait 15 minutes so please make sure to be available. We strongly encourage you to pre-book your appointment, as treatment slots for IV therapy can be limited on the weekends.
